CAMPS at AGAWAM - GOLF
For more than 40 years, Agawam has offered summer Camps for its youngest members and their friends rising into first through twelfth grades. Regardless of age, each Agawam camp week is filled with summer fun, sun, and exertion on our 130-acre property. With a thoughtful approach to structuring campers’ days, activities, professional instruction, courses and courts are tailored to each child’s age and ability. All full day campers benefit from cooling off in our heated pool and satisfying their appetite with a healthy meal at our Lunch Box cafe.
Three-day and Week-long summer camps at Agawam include Camp Agawam for children Grades 1st to 6th and, for children grades 5th to 10th, Racquets Academy, Racquets & Golf Sports Academy and Junior Golf Development Camp (described below). Camps are offered for both members and non-members.
AGAWAM'S JUNIOR GOLF CAMP

As part of our family of Agawam Camps, Agawam Hunt is hosting 9 weeks of 3 Half Days of Junior Golf Development Camps in 2023.
Golf camps run for 1/2 day from Wednesday to Friday for boys and girls ages 10 to 16. All of our camps include healthy lunch options served out of our Links Lounge or Lunch Box dining venues.

Our Agawam Junior Development Camps seek to inspire young people to the joys of playing golf and the benefits of an active lifestyle, whether they want to pick up a new skill or compete in tournament play.

We teach golf’s traditions. We teach its techniques.
-
Learn from the best. Every camp is led by a certified PGA of America Professional and their staff. The teaching team knows how to balance both fun and skill building with a low student-to-teacher ratio for lots of individual attention.
-
Fun, safe, and educational. Full of action, discipline, and integrity, each camp has been designed to help your child grow both on and off the golf course.
-
From tee to green. Campers learn every aspect of the game, including instruction on full swing, short game, rules, and golf etiquette.
-
Camps that work for you. No matter your child’s ability, we’ve got a camp for them. During our half-day camp, we tailor instruction based on ability and build from there.

In order to create the best learning environment possible, campers are divided into small groups based on experience and skill level. Campers learn new or hone existing skills with a strong emphasis placed on golf fundamentals and fun!
Each golf camp week includes various skill-based games and activities designed to introduce and inspire young people to the joys of playing golf and the benefits of an active lifestyle. This fun-filled camp will also incorporate lessons on good sportsmanship and how to play with honesty and integrity.
